We wanted to capture the organic sound of a group whistling, so we gathered an elite force of professional composers, fed them delicious Thai food and some wine, and then got to recording!
This instrument features two legato styles: “Normal” legato, like a smooth slur and “Emo” legato, which is more immediate and emphasized. Users can control the amount of wind/air noise that they want. Take it ALL out and the it sounds like an eerie sine wave. The Whistler responds flexibly and dynamically via CC or Velocity control, and keyswitches are fully customizable.
