Images, Vol. 2

"Marcel Tournier (1879-1951), composer and harpist, was a professor of harp at the Paris Conservatoire following Alphonse Hasselmans.

He composed a great deal, but mainly for his instrument, the harp, most often alone, but sometimes in chamber music.

Some of the Images, well known to harpists, have a harp and string quintet version, which we offer in this collection.

You will find all the charm of this chamber music from the first half of the 20th century.
